EURO B FIXTURES ANNOUNCED

The Netherlands Rugby League national team will take to the field this October in a historic Euro B Championship campaign, facing Malta and Serbia, with two exciting warm-up fixtures already lined up.

In preparation, the Orange Lions will host Ireland on Saturday 4 October in Sassenheim, before welcoming Ukraine to RC Octopus, Uden, on Sunday 12 October.
The Euro B journey then begins on the road with a clash against Malta in Valletta on Saturday 18 October (venue TBC), before returning home for a decisive showdown against Serbia on Saturday 25 October at RFC Oisterwijk Oysters.
Fans are in for a treat – the opening warm-up against Ireland will be a double-header, with the Orange Lionesses taking on the Irish women in what promises to be a thrilling clash of international rugby league. A full day of action not to be missed!
Head coach Dave Hunter said:
“We’re thrilled to be part of Euro B in 2025. These games will test us against some strong opponents, and the warm-up matches will give us the perfect chance to try some different combinations and refine our game plan. We've received amazing support over the last few seasons and we're looking forward to playing in front of our home fans once again”!
The Euro B competition forms part of the European Rugby League Championship structure, offering a pathway towards World Cup qualification and crucial international experience.
